Tobias Steinemann is the owner of HeadStarterz. He advises companies, organisations and individuals on strategic marketing. Tobias develops concepts for the effective marketing of products, people, services and content with a special focus on the service sector. Tobias has more than 10 years of experience in the field of professional services. As a trained lawyer, the legal sector is particularly close to him (legal marketing and law firm marketing).

Tobias is the founder of the Legal Business Program – a virtual education program for lawyers. Tobias also regularly gives talks and workshops. He teaches "Digital Legal Marketing" in the CAS course "Legal Tech" at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich (HWZ).

Tobias holds an MBA from HEC Paris with specialisation in marketing.

He is also a qualified lawyer (2012) with an LL.M. (Stellenbosch, South Africa). Prior to joining HeadStarterz, Tobias spent 2 years as Head of Legal and HR and as part of the Executive Management Team leading the legal department of an international management consultancy with 170 employees. After his studies at the University of Basel, Tobias worked for 2 years as a lawyer in a commercial law firm in Basel at the beginning of his career.

In addition to his work at HeadStarterz, Tobias supports the development of a luxury watch brand as a board member of Philippe DuBois et fils S.A.. He is a member of AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers.
