The general terms and conditions (GTCs) of HeadStarterz GmbH regarding the shop on the website


When will I receive my order?

It usually takes 3 - 7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. The delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

  • Europe: 6 - 8 working days
  • Switzerland and Liechtenstein 10-14 working days
  • International: 10 - 20 working days

Are there any delays in my order due to Covid-19?

Our turnaround times for all products may be longer than usual due to the current situation and may continue to increase until things return to normal. We are experiencing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and carriers, as the entire industry faces challenges. It is therefore difficult to predict shipping times at this time.

Where will my order be shipped from?

We work with the on-demand company Printful, which handles orders with facilities all over the world, including Europe and the European Union in particular.

Will I be charged customs duties for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee may apply to international orders. This fee is beyond our control and is assessed by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Please check directly with your local customs office to see if they charge duties and taxes on your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before you contact us, please help us as follows:

  • Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
  • Ask at the local post office if the parcel is present.
  • Check with your neighbours to see if the courier left the parcel with them.

If the delivery address was correct and the parcel was not delivered to the post office or your neighbour, contact us at with your order number.

If you find an error in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping is at your own expense.


How are the products created?

We work with the print-on-demand dropshipper Printful. They have locations all over the world. Depending on where you are, orders are processed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, please email us at

I have received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please email us within a week with photos of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about your order to We will send you a solution as soon as possible!


What are your return policies?

We make your favourite pieces especially for you directly after you order them, so we don't offer returns or exchanges, but if there's something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, contact us at with photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will sort it out.

Can I exchange an item for another size/colour?

At the moment we do not offer an exchange. If you are not sure which size fits you better, we recommend the smaller size. Our dresses tend to run larger. You can find the general size information for the individual items in our shop in the product description.

Although it is rare, it is possible that an item you have ordered has been mislabelled. If this is the case, please let us know within one week of receiving your order at Include the order number and photos of the mislabelled item. We will send you a new one or refund the purchase price!
